WWE Fastlane results: Who is going to WrestleMania? How did Roman Reigns do on his return?

WrestleMania’s potential main-event match has been sealed as Becky Lynch defeated Charlotte Flair thanks to some unwanted assistance by RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey.

Lynch needed to win that fight in order to be added to the RAW Women’s Championship bout at Mania against Charlotte and title-holder Rousey.

The RAW Women’s Champion interfered during the encounter just when The Man, who wrestle with an injured knee, was set to tap out to The Queen’s Figure Eight.

The UFC legend punched Lynch in the stomach and handed her the win via disqualification which was enough to land her a coveted spot at WrestleMania.

Rousey, The Irish Lass Kicker and Charlotte are now set to battle in a historic Triple Threat Match that could see them becoming the first ever women to headline the Show of Shows.

Roman Reigns returned to action after a four-month battle against leukaemia and formed The Shield with Seth Rollins as well as Dean Ambrose for the last time ever.

The Hounds of Justice defeated Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley with the Triple Powerbomb in an emotional Six Man Tag Team Match.

Emotions ran high at Fastlane as WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon told Kofi Kingston he will be added to the WWE Championship Match and the crowd went wild.

However, when Kingston made his way to the ring he found out it was all a ploy and so he faced Sheamus and Cesaro of The Bar in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match that saw him losing with relative ease in front of a frustrated crowd.

WWE Champion Daniel Bryan, though, still had to defend the title in a Triple Threat Match against Kevin Owens and Mustafa Ali, who took Kingston’s place.

Bryan retained the belt after hitting Ali with a Running Knee in midair thanks to some help from his associate Rowan.

Fans were chanting Kingston’s name throughout the bout and are still hoping to see him winning his first world title after 12 years of service in WWE.

The crowd at least got to see the ex-Intercontinental Champion’s New Day associates Big E and Xavier Woods picking up an impressive victory over the newly-formed duo of Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev.

The Usos also impressed as they retained the SmackDown Tag Team Championships against Shane McMahon and The Miz.

McMahon’s alliance with Miz came to an end after their second straight defeat to Jimmy and Jey Uso as Shane-O-Mac attacked his partner and made him pass out with a Triangle Choke in front of his own father.

Asuka is going to WrestleMania as the SmackDown Women’s Champion as she defeated Mandy Rose, who was accidentally sabotaged by her partner Sonya Deville.

The Revival retained the RAW Tag Team Championships after a Triple Threat Match against Chad Gable and Bobby Roode as well as Ricochet and Aleister Black.

Bayley and Sasha Banks were successful on their first ever title defence as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

The inaugural champions defeated Nia Jax and Tamina but the challengers wrecked havoc after their loss as the brutalised the title-holders and also took out WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix who tried to intervene.

US Champion Samoa Joe will also be going to WrestleMania with gold around his waist as he successfully defended the belt against R-Truth, Rey Mysterio and Andrade in a Fatal 4-Way Match.
